Create your account → verify email → open the tournament → Join. If payment is required, complete checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email.

On the match page use Report Result. For disputes, attach evidence (screenshots, video) and tag the tournament admin.

We use a third-party processor. Refunds follow the tournament policy and organizer timeframes. Questions? Contact us.

Go to Profile → Teams or Profile → Settings. Close to tournament start, edits may be locked to protect brackets.

Try Incognito/Private mode, clear cache/cookies, check browser extensions, and ensure your system clock is correct.
