Create your account → verify email → open the tournament → Join. If payment is required, complete checkout. You'll get a confirmation email.

On the match page use Report Result. For disputes, attach evidence (screenshots, video) and tag the tournament admin.

We use Stripe to process payments. Refunds follow the tournament policy and organizer timeframes. Questions? Contact us.

You can delete your account anytime from My Profile on the web, or the Profile tab in the iOS / Android app. See Account Deletion for what is removed and what is retained.

Try Incognito/Private mode, clear cache/cookies, check browser extensions, and ensure your system clock is correct.
