Completing your profile so you can compete

You opened a tournament, and the divisions won't let you pick anything.

Nothing's broken. Your profile just isn't finished.

Look at the three items on the tournament page: age, gender, and level. Green means we have it. Red means we don't.

Those three decide where you belong. Age bracket, category, experience. Miss one, and the system has nowhere to put you.

Age and gender came with your account. The belt is what's usually missing.

So tap the red button, Complete my profile. It jumps straight to what you're missing. No hunting.

Pick your belt.

Add your weight while you're here. Some divisions are weight based. Leave it blank and you simply won't appear in them. No error — they just don't show up.

Tap Save changes, and you land back on the tournament.

Level's green. Divisions are open. Go register.
