Parents: adding your child

Parents and guardians

Your child doesn't need a phone, an email, or a password. You'll manage everything from your own account.

From your profile, tap My Family.

Now, two situations. Pick yours.

If your child has no account, you'll create it. Tap Add Child. Name, gender, date of birth, and belt. That's everything the system needs to place them in a division — so you won't have to come back and fill this in later.

Get the birth date right. It's what sets their age division.

If your child already has their own account, don't create a second one. Generate an invite code, send it to them, and they enter it from their account. It expires in forty eight hours.

Either way, they now show up under Children.

Tap their name any time to update their belt as they rank up, add their weight, or change their photo.

Then tap Register for Event. You pick their divisions, and you pay. Your child never has to log in.

One last thing. At the bottom of your child's page there's Delete Child Permanently. Read that carefully — it doesn't remove them from your family, it erases the account. There is no undo.

You'll only need it if you added someone by mistake. And the system protects you: if that child has already paid for an event, or has competed in a bracket, it will refuse to delete them. Their results stay part of the record.
